How should I store my cakes and bakes?
To keep your treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. While our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, our Biskies and macarons should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3-5 days.
Do you offer nationwide delivery in the UK?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK mainland. We use premium couriers to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. You can select your preferred delivery date at the checkout.
Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
We offer a delicious range of vegan and wheat-free options. However, please note that all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process, which we will print on a beautiful gift card and include inside the box at no extra cost.
What happens if I am not home for the delivery?
Since our products are perishable, we recommend being home to receive them. If you aren't available, the courier will follow the 'leave in a safe place' instructions provided during checkout, but we cannot be held responsible for theft or weather damage.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As our cakes are made to order, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or amendments. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request changes.
